MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS
Although we hate to see a member cancel, we want to make the process as easy as possible for the member. This is one area of the job where we need you to be perfect. Cancellation mistakes or problems are one of the biggest complaints in our industry and we have to make sure we do everything we can to get this right EVERY TIME!
*Important: Even if you get confused about the cancellation process or if you are unsure if a member is able to cancel at this time, have the member fill out and sign the cancel tablet. That way they are in the system as having requested the cancel. If they are still in agreement and are not yet able to cancel we will contact them. NEVER turn someone away who wants to cancel. This is the first step to bad service and is a problem with other gyms in the industry. Once they are in the system as having requested the cancel, it cannot be lost or missed. We have several backups to make sure we can track the cancel to this date so that if something is missed we can track back to this date and fix it.
