Giving each member a sincere hello is the beginning of our relationship. Many people have challenges in their lives and struggles throughout their day. Your warm and friendly face when they enter your club may be just the thing to get them through their day.
Everybody Cleans: Clean clubs are everything. Our team members are crazy about cleaning. We work tirelessly to keep our facilities as clean as possible even during the busiest of times. We constantly update our cleaning schedules and systems to be sure we can exceed your expectations.
Up to 70 percent of your daily shift will involve cleaning whether you are a front desk team member or a club manager.
Equipment That Works: What good is it to have tons of equipment if most of it doesn't work? Our equipment breaks just like every other club but we have a computerized system and a rapid response team to be sure we can get everything fixed as quickly as possible so the equipment you want to use is ready for you always!
We have repair systems that you will learn to diagnose and report equipment issues. The quicker we get an issue reported , the quicker we can get it fixed.
Results For Everyone: You joined to get results. Nothing else really matters to you. We continually communicate with clubs all over the country to find the best, most effective workouts and programs to get you results fast.
As a team member you will play a vital role in helping our members live their best life. Our most successful members take part in all aspects or our clubs. They use classes, personal training, small group training, massage, and our shake bars. Our least successful members come in a few days a week a walk on the treadmill.
